    Hi Todd; excellent to hear from you.

    Your perspective on the matter is very appealing . . . and much closer to my gut feeling toward the question of emotions' value, which I managed to garble slightly in my original post. I have no doubt that Fred will accuse us of "sugar-coating" the issue . . . perhaps we are, but I can't be bothered with that. Thanks again!
