Re:2nd Edition of Gaulin & McBurney?? Nah...

McBurney had asked me to review the first edition, but didn't place enough potential value on it to offer me a copy. I did, but I did it anonymously, a cheap return for a cheap investment. Gotta wonder if these guys take their own conclusions about cooperative strategies and reciprocation seriously.
