Has anyone a view on the real validity of the Keirsey Temperament Sorter?
I work as a consultant in OD/change management, in an IT environment and am interested in using the tool, alongside Honey & Mumford learning style analysis.
I am wondering if the intial attractiveness of the tool is a seduction due to my warmth to Jungian type thinking and would appreciate any views from practitioners with more experience of the Keirsey tool.
