First International Congress

On the topic of being "interesting", you have organized some of the most interesting conferences in our field. The first of these, and a great success, was the First International Conference on Ericksonian Approaches to Hypnosis and Psychotherapy in 1980. Looking back, what was that experience like for you and what were the highlights?
