Cope with anxiety on pregnant women

Many studies confirm the idea that anxiety on pregnat women can have serious complications. I work on a Prenatal clinic as a psychologist and I've saw that the level of anxiety is very high on this population. The existence of uncertainty and the history of obstetrics problem seams to be the main factors on anxiety.

How can we reduce the level of anxiety on this situations??
