Where to find Kilmarm-Saxton Culture Gap Survey

Hello there,

Is anyone familiar with the Killman-Saxton culture gap survey? If you have used it, did you find it valuable? Where would I get a copy? I would also be interested in alternative approaches people have used to evaluate an organization's existing culture in order to perform a gap analysis. Thank you very much!
