A model for Adlerian Therapy

I am a grad student in Counseling looking for specific measurable objectives for a counseling model. The population is 11-13 year old male students having low self esteem. I am looking for a goal, and specific objectives to reach that goal. For each objective, I am also looking for specific strategies to attain the desired goal. Any and all help will be appreciated.
