Organizational Behavior Management

Please help. Looking for information on OBM, specifically techniqes designed for workers in child care facilities. Interested in various programs aimed at promotion and compliance with behavior which will reduce the spread of infection in these facilities, ie. hand washing, proper disposal of diapers and food, taking appropriate sick leave. Any help in this area is greatly appreciated!
