    The abstract for the presentation titled "Instituting An Outcomes Program in An Adult Residential Program" follows:

    "The presentation will provide guidance and advice on the steps and procedures that led to the design, development and estabishment of a clinical outcomes program aimed at enhancing total quality improvement in a Brewster funded, community residential service located in Western Massachusetts"

    The presetation will be made at the Fourth Annual Behavioral Healthcare Conference, to be held in Orlando Florida on December 4 and 5.
