360 Feedback -- Training

I am looking for a short training course on the various aspects of 360 feedback: selection, promotion, development, legal issues, instrument development, review of "off the shelf" instruments, etc. This is for a group of 20 internal OD consultants in a large Federal agency. Any ideas?
