Just wrote an article for The National Psychologist on potential Y2K issues for mental health practitioners and actually got a dose myself. Went to test someone using Connors' CPT and when I put in the date of 1/7/99 my Toshiba laptop (486) rejected the 99 date and changed it to 90. This made the child who was being tested 4 instead of 13 and compared him to the 4 year old norms instead of the 13 year old norms. luckily I was able to change the date on the computer manually, but this was a preview of things to come.
My article is housed at my web site if you are interested -- chk it out at www.technostress.com
Any thts on Y2K issues?
