Group Participation Scale

I am looking for persons interested in a scale that measures the level of group participation. I have developed a scale that measures both group progress and individual member progress. It is not a static or snapshopt assessment tool. It is a scale that measures progress by looking at the group or the individual group member's progress over time. Please respond with questions or ideas.
