Forum host getting sued and harrassed

Hi, I'm the admin of the Peeping Moe Storm Drain, where many of the posts were made about a certain party's actions and their victims. When I refused to DELETE POSTS (the non-threatening ones), the harrassment of myself, my clients, my upstream peering began by this certain party.

I just run a free and open forum, like this one. Yet now I must pay lawyers, get harrassed, lose clients, because someone doesn't like the fact I won't CENSOR my visitor's postings. Gesh !
