Speed and also complexity

I too have experienced the frustration of needing a quick reply and knowing that the recipient of my message may not get it and/or respond for some time. But, I also find that sometimes when I attempt to communicate a very complex message, I end up picking up the phone instead. I think for me, e-mail in particular works well for concise bits of information I need communicated.
