    Love and loving
    by Robin Allenson, 4/8/98

One of the things that struck me (ow!) when reading your message was that I read love as a verb, not a thing. I treat it as a process, an ongoing action. Such a simple change in opinion can be a powerful reframe. 'Love' results from the action of taking pleasure from another's pleasure, and is the action that generates such happiness.
