I am replying about your article conceerning Secondary Responses in PTSD patients.
Want to give you a point veiw from someone with Chronic PTSD. I can tell you that I am aware of secon dary responses in myself and they are difficult to discribe. There is a sudden onset of pain that we either must hide or reasct to and most reactions give others the appearance that we are extremists in our actions. And we are. I don't understand but I know it has to do with an unmanagable mixture of emotions such as paranoid feelings and anger and guilt that add up to extreme actions
