Entrepreneurial spirit at work

The entrepreneurs I know are more interested in creation than personal wealth. There is a big difference between robber barons and someone who gets a kick out of seeing his/her "baby" grow. Starting a company feels like starting a family. The money isn't so important, it just lets you know when you've done a successful job or not, a score card.
