Did you decide on a screening tool? We are looking for one as a followup for a large group of Medicaid patients who will take the SF-12 initially. Those who score below a certain threashold in the MCS portion will be screened for specific mental health problems. The Beck questionnaire has been suggested, but the PRIME-MD also looks promising. Any input would be appreciated and I will be happy to share our results with anyone who is interested.
