Becoming More Adlerian

Dr. Stein, My name is David Gerber and I am the program director for an inpatient alcohol and drug rehab. As much as possible I try to use Adlerian philosophy in setting the tone on my unit. I have an encouragement group, and various messages are provided to patients regarding encouragement, social interest, taking responsibility etc. I'm wondering if you have any ideas to help further promote Adlerian concepts in the work on the rehab. Grateful for your help.
