introduction to group counseling with an adlerian theoretical perspective

Dear Dr. Stein:

I am a second year grad student involved in my first group counseling experience. I am going to be giving a brief introduction to the Aldlerian Approach and will also be leading the group using some of his techinques. If you could give me any ideas on how I could pull this off I would greatly appreciate it. I was thinking of using some kind of ice breaker to start off the group and establish a feeling of trust. I was thinking of introducing the family constelation concepts as a means of generating a disscussion. What do you think?
