Situation need input

I have just un covered new Army records from the Viet-nam area. I have been menatlly ill since I returned from there many years ago. I never really knew the causes etc...

Courrently i have:

PTSD

I have an official document bt tghe Army that does state that for a period of several months I was over worked and had excessive worry. A few months after that I did admit on medical records I was depressed, worried, loss of memory and amnesia.

Did that inital stress (over worked and worry) lead to other problems if left untreated?

Other question: Why do I have the feeling that I am trapped in a world 30 years ago in Viet-Nam and can not find my way home.

I would travel any where in the US to get proper treatment and assessment.
