We're internal OD Consultants with the Federal Aviation Administration. For the past 3 years we've been working with our fairly small international organization to help them pre and support FAA empolyees and their spouses for their first overseas assignment. We've also just added a workshop to prepare employees to return from overseas assignments. There is little work done in selection beyond selcting for technical expertise. How do you all feel about the C.C.A.I. or other instruments out there that could help folks self select (or de-select) for an overseas assignment?
