Well, the workshop has come and gone. I was a wonderful and challenging experience and today I received feedback that this workshop was rated in the top two of the numerous workshops this group attended over a period of five weeks. The 12 participants are tax officials in their home countries and all but one reported the same preferences for the S/N, T/F and P/J scales. It made it difficult to use experiential exercises with 'like preference' or 'like temperament' break out groups to demonstrate the preferences. Fortunately, three other workshop leaders, who had different preferences, were available to participate.
