Welcome Kim,

Frankly, I have never heard the term Transorganizational Development, though I am familiar with the activity as defined. I thought this might be an interesting opportunity for not only members of this forum to respond for those of us who browse elsewhere to look for other virtual organization development websites to look there and do some importing of references to the topic. I am going to start with MetaNet which is the site for OD Network as well as the Fielding Institute and NTL Institute websites. We will see what we can invent out here on the cybernet. Anybody else have similar ideas to try out??? Warm regards, Charlie
