Impressed with Utah

I have recently become aware of the positive work being done in Utah with the behavioral healthcare providers. In several ongoing discussions with provider's groups I have found an unusual amount of cooperation and speed in making major decisions. It was brought to my attention from people in Utah that it may be because of the unique make up of this homogeneous population. Their methods are certainly worth looking at. I see them as risk takers willing to do what it takes to succeed for the service consumers. Talk to Utah, it's impressive.
