    Mark,

I am delighted that you found my comments on "striving" illuminating. Any "additional views" on other topics will depend on submitted questions. I encourage you and other students to bring up any issues about Classical Adlerian, theory, practice, and philosophy. As more Adlerian institutes appear on the Web, students and professionals will have an opportunity to compare the conceptual roots and therapeutic styles taught and practiced at each institute. We emphasize Adler's original writings and therapeutic style; many institutes rely primarily on Dreikurs' writings and style of treatment; and others are quite eclectic, freely combining parts of Adler with other approaches. The differences are substantial, yet many students, professors, and professionals are unaware of this range of "Adlerian" training.

    Henry
