    I am interested in hearing what you are learning from the use of this scale? What is your data telling you? how are you using the results in your clinical routines? Are you finding that the categories measured are sensitive to change in the inpatient setting (which I would expect are fairly short term based on the standards of today). Any follow up work? is it warrented? are the results similar across diagnostic groups/gender/presenting problem/cultural differences/age, etc.

    It would be nice to hear about how this scale has become a tool for better clinical insight.
