The internet certainly does provide an easy outlet for exhibitionistic tendencies, and the opportunities do span the range from personal home pages to video sex displays. The anonymity (lack of f2f cues) surely makes some people feel relatively "safe" in showing off their stuff. You might want to study the livecam phenomenon, including livecam sexual encounters. Though not explicitly sexual, other forms of livecam (like JenniCam) are also quite interesting exhibitionistic phenomena.
