This indeed is a fascinating idea, Loren! Surely the internet reflects the human collective consciousness, tho it may not be a completely perfect reflection. Like the human brain, it is a complex network of connections and associations. Whether it also reflects the collective UNCONSCIOUS (Jung's notion of a resevoir of collective symbolism and knowledge)... THAT'S an intriguing possibility. Perhaps we need to interpret the universal symbols and images of cyberspace to see what's inside that collective internet unconscious.
