My only real emotion at Stew's remark is one of sadness...sadness at his fear of assertively facing one of the most challenging, and potentially enlightening debates which the oft irrelevant behavioural sciences has gotten itself into in recent years. Though not meaning to simply negate all theological notions I can simply not accept his lack of imagination and motivation due to his fatalistic notion that humankind's nature may only be revealed in some 'after-life'.
