I have been lurking on this site recently and will be contributing as time alows. Congratulations on the book. I know your pain & pleasure as my book on this subject came out last summer Legal Issues in Social Work, Counseling and Mental Health: Guidelines for clinical Practice in Psychotherapy (Sage Publ. 1998).

I look forward to reading your take on clinical issues for practice. By the way, I am a licensed clinical social worker and an attorney.
