I still doubt that cyberspace CREATES any disorders, but I agree with your perceptions of the woman you mentioned. Words CAN be very abusive, and it sounds like this woman, unfortunately, has recreated in cyberspace the kind of abusive relationship that she is inclined to encounter in "real" life.
