    I am happy to initiate this discussion with with Leonard Holmes, who is a pioneer in the development of the delivery of services on the Internet.

    Dr. Holmes is a psychologist in private practice in Hampton, Virginia and directs the Chronic Pain Treatment Program at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Hampton. He is the Guide to Mental Health Resources at the Mining Company.
