I am afraid I know very little about Reichian therapy. Since I am assuming that you do, the best I can offer are resources to learn about EMDR: The EMDR protocols and procedures are detailed for clinical use by trained clinicians, and for university course work in my textbook: Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing: Basic principles, protocols and procedures (1995, Guilford Press). An overview of applications for clinicians and laypeople containing narratives of clinical applications and in session transcripts are available in my book EMDR (1997, BasicBooks).
I must emphasize that EMDR is a great deal more than eye movements. In addition to the use of other stimulation such as tones and taps used to substitute for the eye movement, the protocols integrate aspects of all the major psychological orientations.
