I am not aware of a Threshold Technologies, Inc. that offers a product marketed to Mental Health practices specifically. However there is a Threshold Data Technologies, Inc, that I have heard about. This company specializes in client-server interface applications, usually in Oracle or Unix environments. I became aware of them not in my search for practice management systems, but in relation to other data and communication products.

Sounds interesting though!
