I saw my therapist today to go over things. She is aware of my alters and wants to make sure that we are "all" ready. She is so good with this stuff. She is leaving for 2 weeks tomorrow and I'm scared. I didn't want to tell her that cuz I didn't want to lay that on her. This stuff is hard.
