More.... EMDR therapy IS therapy, and should always be done in the context of an overall treatment plan. It is not just a procedure that can be done in a vacuum. There shouldn't be EMDR therapists out there doing only an EMDR procedure without a total context of the client's life, diagnoses, and a well formulated approach to treatment of which EMDR may be only one part.
