I can offer only a few general comments, not specific to your case which may be complex, and refer you back to your therapist for follow up. It is not unusual for processing to continue after an EMDR session. Normally, especially for complex cases, it is important to make sure that an unfinished EMDR session is successfuly closed down using appropriate containment procedures/imagery (such as "light-stream" or "tucking in" for people who have parts). I urge you to call your therapist right away if you are acutely uncomfortable.
