    Re:emdr and attachment disorder?

    This is an important subject and one without research to support EMDR's use. Many of the EMDR clinicians find this to be pivotal, and are developing strategies for the use of EMDR to remediate and restore these early developmental attachment injuries, and meet unmet early developmental milestones.

    Dr. Joanna May in Minneapolis has a whole clinic devoted to this disorder in children and adults. I address it in my workshop, as does Andrew Leed in his resource development protocol, and Shirley Jean Schmidt in her ego state approach.

    I hope some have time to post here on this subject.
