Dear Sandra, i have been doing EMDR for quite some time now. My therapist has diagnosed me with DID. i have been fighting her all the way. i have been reading everything i can get my hands on regarding this subject. Your beautiful, non-technical description of dissociation has helped my understanding a great deal, and makes it all seem a little less scary. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
i did not post any of the questions in this thread, but i just read your description of dissociation. i had to let you know that i thought it was WONDERFUL!
