    I would suggest that you contact the EMDR Institute Directly. As a general rule, there is a requirment that all people being trained in EMDR must first be a licensed mental health professional. I do not remember how they deal with people who are students (that is still enrolled in their academic training program) or post school and pre licensure pending supervision.
