    I don't know of a specific application for landmine victims that has been written about outside of the books and papers regarding EMDR for combat and terrorism survivors.

    Light in the Heart of Darkness: EMDR and the treatment of war and terrorism surivvors by Silbver, S.M. & Rogers may be of use.
