Thank you for your information. I understand the basic premise as you detailed (following the finger left to right, etc). Maybe I am not asking in the right way what it is I am looking for. I guess I feel this is on the lines of hypnosis, although I am under the impression I am wrong. How "in control" is the client, or how "not in control" is the client... how do the reactions to this occur... what happens that makes this occurrence take place. What will I be doing? Will I be passively sitting, watching the finger motion, thinking, and start to feel, panic, and want to stop? Is it so over powering or is it at the pace of the therapist and/or the client? I guess I am looking for the experience answers, not the textual answers. So... any "human" reactions to this would again, be greatly appreciated. Marcy
