Re:DID protocols - many questions

I just wanted to thank you for your post. It gave me a lot to think about. Like what are people talking about when they say "DID" clients respond well to something? How many supposed DID clients are given the DES or SCID... or do differentiated parts of self and a trauma history automatically mean "DID"? And your comment about self report and unawareness of dissociative experience... priceless. :-)
