FOR MARK GRANT

I ordered your self-help cassettes this past week through your overcomingpain website. I paid through Pay Pal, but have not gotten a confirmation of the orders (at the time I placed the orders, it indicated I would be receiving confirmation via email). I wrote to support@shoestringmarketing.net
asking why I had received no confirmation of my orders, but I keep getting messages saying my messages could not get through to them, that my server will keep trying to send the messages.

Could you please tell me what's going on and how I can find out whether my orders are in fact being processed? It is disturbing to be told one will receive email confirmation of a credit-card order and then get none (for most things I've ordered through the web, I've gotten a virtually immediate confirmation).

Thanks for any help you can offer me!
