next question... the girl, 18 lives with her mom & dad & 11 yr old sister & 16 yr old brother. They support her like she was a child. food clothes, make up, driving her around & letting her borrow the car. She cannot keep a job longer than a day or two without breaking down.

However, when she is commited to these hospitals, the will not tell the parents any informaiton what so ever, becasue the girl is legal age. The parents accept this as her issue and private. But I think they are jeapordizing the family in so many ways by letting her live by her own rules when she cant even take care of herself.

I want to suggest to the mom, if the daughter lives in the house like a child, she should be treated like a child. And for Gods sakes, they have a right to know every detail of her illness. She needs to have some accountability. I think they have coddled the poor thing. What do you think?

Second question. Are their different kinds of Bipolar causues? As far as environmental Bipolar & biological Bipolar? Or is the environmental need to have a contributer of the biological aspect or can it be seperate?
