Re:Bipolar/Anxiety - EMDR

Thanks for the response. I just had one more question if you don't mind. I set up an appt to start EMDR next week. The doctor I'm going to go to is pretty expensive. My question is, let's say it ends up being a long process and I can't afford it anymore. Is it dangerous to stop going before the doctor thinks we're finished? Could I end up worse off?
