    P.S. I'd expect the standard protocol to be applicable. There is a book by Steve Silverand Susan Rogers, Light in the Heart of Darkness: EMDR and the Treatment of War and Terrorism Survivors, which is related though not precisely on point.

    I'll post further if I get other leads from the other EMDR practitioners.
