Re:Maxfield & Hyer meta-analysis: A few questions

Thanks for the Boudewyns free association citations. I’ll read the studies. I agree that we cannot assume differences between EMDR and other treatments necessarily enhance outcome. Further, I think that we should not make assumptions about mechanisms of action. Research is needed to address these questions.
