    Thanks for the free publicity. I would mention two things:

    1. At the time, I wrote that there were only two studies comparing EMDR with exposure therapy (Vaughan et al., 1994, which used a variation called Image Habituation Therapy) and the Devilly & Spence (1999) paper, which I questioned due to their randomization procedures. Since that paper, there are more studies that have been completed comparing EMDR with variations of exposure therapy. Thus, there are more data to consider on that point.

    2. My paper is part two of a "point/counter-point" set of articles (I'm the counterpoint). Be sure to read both papers.
